Below are the results of season 1 of the World Poker Tour (2002–2003).
The World Poker Tour is an international poker tournament series that travels around the world with the respective TV show coverage for the final tables. It all started with a man named Steven Lipscomb based out of the US who was an attorney and producer before becoming the CEO of WPT Enterprises. Jan 29, 2012 In 2003, World Poker Tour hit TV. What followed was the biggest poker boom in the history of the sport. From 2003-2006, poker had a meteoric rise-(from 839 entrants in the 03' World Series Of Poker to 8773 entrants in 06').
