Penn National Gaming owns, operates or has ownership interests in 39 gaming and racing facilities, and video gaming terminal operations across the U.S. As of October 1, 2018, the Company operated thirty-nine facilities in eighteen jurisdictions, including Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico.
Jamul Indian Village of California and Penn National Gaming announced late last week that ground was broken on a $360 million Hollywood Casino Jamul in San Diego County.
The property is being built on JIV’s reservation in Jamul, California, approximately 20 miles east of downtown San Diego, off of State Route 94.
Hollywood Casino Jamul, slated to open in late 2015, is expected to include a three-story gambling facility of around 200,000 square feet. It will include more than 1,700 slot machines, 50 live table games, including poker. The property will also include the other usual amenities, such a restaurants, that come with a casino.
